When is organic cotton really organic cotton???
When it is GOTS certificated sourced and Soil Association licensed.
We became increasingly aware of numerous bag suppliers claiming to sell Organic cotton bags that had no certification to prove them to be such.
So, we decided that we would go through the process of getting our Soil Association license ( the 1st UK bag supplier to do so)and tying up with a recognised GOTS approved factory so that you could be sure that where you see the Soil Association logo on our products that they are what they say they are - Certified Organic Cotton.

Sandbach - the Fairtrade town in Cheshire launched it's own Fairtrade cotton bag on Saturday March 7th 09. Interest was reported to be high with many bags seen around the town on launch day.
